How do you scan my store?

We screenshot your live page and run it through vision analysis. No code to install, no tracking pixel, no access to your admin. If a browser can load it, we can scan it. Most scans complete in under 60 seconds.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Credikt works with any e-commerce platform — Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or custom-built. Just paste your URL and we analyze what visitors actually see.

What if my score is already high?

That’s genuinely good news. You can rule out trust signals as a conversion bottleneck and focus your effort elsewhere. The scan costs you nothing but 30 seconds.

Why did my scan fail?

Most scan failures happen because the site is password-protected, has an SSL certificate error, or blocks automated browsers. Remove any storefront passwords, verify your SSL is valid, and try again. If the issue persists, the site may be actively blocking headless browsers.

I paid but can’t see my report.

Stripe confirmation can take a few seconds. Refresh the page — your report usually appears within 10–15 seconds. If it still doesn’t load, check the email you used at checkout for a direct link. Lost your email? Use the Recover Reports page in the footer.

How accurate is the trust score?

The score reflects what a first-time visitor sees on your homepage, weighted against Baymard Institute cart abandonment data. It doesn’t measure your actual return policy or shipping speed — it measures whether visitors can find that information without clicking away.

Can you scan my product pages or checkout?

Right now, the Homepage Audit scans your homepage only. A Full Audit covering product pages and checkout is coming soon.

My store is password-protected. Can I still scan it?

No. The scanner sees your store exactly as a stranger would — password pages included. Remove the storefront password in your Shopify admin (Online Store → Preferences) before scanning.
